Matlock and Cromford Meadows Cricket Club play their cricket in the delightful towns of Matlock and Cromford in the County of Derbyshire which is on the border of both the Peak District National Park and the Derwent Valley Mills World Heritage site.​
Winter Nets 2024
​We are happy to announce that the winter training has again been organised at Highfields Upper School Sports Hall with the following options available starting January 7th 2024:-
Sunday 5:30pm till 7pm Junior softball training. 7:15pm till 8:30pm Girls and Ladies training
Monday 6pm till 7:30pm Junior hardball training. 7:30pm till 9pm Senior hardball training
2024 season
Our 1st XI play in Division 3N, 2nd XI play in Division 7N and our 3rd XI play in Division 10N.
As we look to develop our future players there will also be U17 mid-week matches and Development Team games at the weekends to give give players the opportunity to further develop their skills.
The large Juniors section, based around our thriving All Stars and Dynamos groups will be looking to field both U11 semi-hardball and hardball teams together with U12 and U13 sides and for the first time an U12 girls team.

On Friday 12th August Derbyshire Cricket Foundation hosted their annual Grassroots Cricket Volunteer Awards. Ladies Captain Cathy Harris and esteemed MCMCC stalwart Ray Mullaney were winners on the night!
