Courses and qualifications

If you are interested in volunteering in a particular role within the club please look through the following courses on offer through Derbyshire CCC. It is worth checking back as new courses are updated throughout the year. Whether it is coaching, scoring or umpiring, there are opportunties for all. Costs of courses mey be covered by the club for those who have shown or expressed a wilingness to become involved in MCMCC. Coaching

Foundation Level 1

Coaching is an enormously rewarding, challenging and crucial role in cricket. Coaching courses have been created to help more people take their first steps into coaching cricket. Click here to find out more about Foundation Level 1 coaching courses.

ECB Support Coach

ECB Support Coach is a new coach development programme consisting of e-learning and face-to-face modules that will help you take your first steps into coaching cricket. Click here to find out more.

ECB Core Coaches

When launched, the ECB Core Coach programme will become an entry level qualification for coaching cricket in England and Wales alongside ECB Foundation I Coach. ECB Core Coach will replace the ECB Certificate in Coaching Children’s Cricket and ECB Certificate in Coaching Young People and Adults’ Cricket provision. Click here to find out more.

Activator Training
